Change Order & Risk Management

Our experience shows that owners and contractors increasingly tend to overstretch contractual terms so the risks involved in change order management have also increased. 

In the last years we have experienced, that even capped or Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts are usually overwhelmed with many change orders or variations that need to be managed very carefully.
